And plenty of stars shone.</p> <p> The arena was transformed into a winter wonderland as guests mingled and drank pink orchid cocktails before the show, which opened with a string orchestra playing a song by 'It' opera boy Andrea Bocelli.</p> <p> Top models including Gisele Bundchen, Karolina Kurkova, Heidi Klum, Alek Wek, Tyra Banks, Audrey Marnay, Maggie Rizer, Eva Herzigova, Omahyra, Bridget Hall, Molly Sims, Karen Elson, Rhea Durham and Trish Goff were in keeping with the evening's angelic theme as they looked bronzed and curvy.</p> <p> Waists were cinched and breasts pushed high in white leather and black sequined corsets. Satin bikinis and thongs, some with fringes or skirts, were paired with sexy Santa or lace-up boots and showed some serious thigh. Injecting some color were red, frost-blue and cherry-blossom lace corsets worn with Chantilly lace bikinis, and the abundance of ribbons, beading, feathers and diamonds made for indulgent details. </p> <p> <a href="javascript:popUp2('http://news.fashionbrokers.com/copyright/fashionimages/44364.htm')"><img border="0" src="../copyright/44364_2.jpg" align="left" alt="Bridget Hall on the runway at the 7th Annual VICTORIA SECRET runway show to kick off the 2001 holiday Season" width="103" height="250"></a> At halftime Mary J. Blige belted out her latest hit "Family Affair," and when it started to "snow," angels came floating across the star-strewn winter sky.The second half of the show was all-white. It opened with archangel Gisele in a custom-embellished crystal corset and tiny chiffon skirt with huge feathered angel wings. There were chiffon baby dolls, sequined corsets, shimmer thongs and beaded bras, all worn with angel wings in gold, sequins or feathers.</p> <p> Guests at the heavenly affair included Sigourney Weaver, who told FWD, "I do like undergarments, and I like different things. I like a good range - for everyday I like to be streamlined, simple and comfortable, and other times I like something a little more special, some color, some lace." Regis Philbin, Alan Cumming, Jimmy Fallon, Rapper Jay Z, Stephen Baldwin, Kimora Lee and Russell Simmons were also in attendance.</p> <p> Famous for flashing his own underwear, Mark Wahlberg showed up to watch girlfriend Rhea Durham. He told FWD, "I wouldn't buy anything from Victoria's Secret for anyone. I'd be worried about buying the wrong thing but I would go shopping with someone and choose things together." </p> <p> The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will air on ABC Thursday, November 15th. </p>
